Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions are intended to stipulate matters concerning the use of Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as ‘Services’) provided on the website operated by Kopy Clinic (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Clinic’).
Article 2 (Definitions)

② The institution may change the content of the services provided in unavoidable circumstances, and in such cases, the changed service content and provision date will be posted at least 7 days prior to the provision date.
The facility will not compensate for any damages incurred by the user due to changes in service content. However, this does not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the facility.
Article 5 (Service Interruption)
The facility may temporarily suspend service provision in the event of maintenance, replacement, or malfunction of systems or devices, communication failure, or other force majeure events.
② The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User or a third party due to the temporary suspension of service provision for the reasons stated in Article 1. However, this shall not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
Chapter 2: Member Registration and Withdrawal
Article 6 (Membership Registration)
The user applies for membership by filling in their member information according to the form prescribed by this institution and expressing their consent to these terms and conditions.
② The Company shall register users who apply to join as members as described in the preceding clause, unless they fall under any of the following categories.
If the applicant has previously lost their membership status under Article 7, Paragraph 2 of these Terms and Conditions
2. If there is any false information, omission, or error in the registered content.
3. If it is determined that registering as another member would significantly hinder the hospital's technical or operational performance
The membership agreement is established at the time of approval by this institution.
④ Members shall promptly notify the Corporation of any changes in their registered information via email or other means.
Article 7 (Withdrawal by Member and Loss of Qualification, etc.)
Members can request to withdraw at any time, and the institution will process the withdrawal immediately. However, withdrawal requests must be made via email or in writing and must include the name, phone number, and reason for termination of the requester.
② The Institute may revoke membership if the member falls under any of the following reasons:.

If you make an appointment through our hospital and cancel it without a valid reason more than twice, or fail to receive a scheduled treatment without a valid reason, your appointment eligibility will be restricted for one year.

(Effective Date) These terms and conditions shall take effect from [Date], and the previous terms and conditions shall be replaced by these terms and conditions. Subscribers who joined prior to the effective date of the revised terms and conditions shall also be subject to the revised terms and conditions.
